RV & TENT CAMPING FOR 2010

All camping areas include portable toilet facilities, hand washing units and complimentary trash pickup from our "Clean Team" members.    Potable water is only available at our “Water Station” which is located at the entrance to the large festival and camping property.   RV camp sites designed to accommodate 8 adults while Tent camp sites are designed to accommodate 6 adults.   The 5 day camping fee is charged "Per Site" and not "Per Person"*.

* Camp sites can not be purchased without purchasing a festival ticket.

RV Spaces:  ( 35 feet wide x 50 feet deep )   $60.00 - 5 Day Pass
RV's are allowed ( 1 ) tow or pull vehicle per site
Extra Vehicles are allowed:   $20.00 per extra vehicle 
Check-in is available on Thursday August 19th, 2010 at 12:00pm.
Check-out Monday August 23rd by 12 noon.
Each RV Campsite is identified by a Row number and Space number.   Campers can purchase these sites on a first come - first served basis.   Sites are also renewable annually.    Once purchased and reserved, each camper will find their last name on a placard on their individual site for easy identification.

Showers:
*Shower facilities are available off site at the Brownsville Recreation Center.   ( Located on Park Avenue - Downtown Brownsville ) The shower facility includes a men's and women's locker room with ( 4 ) private shower stalls in each.   The shower facility is available for use on Friday, Saturday and Sunday.   Hours of operation are 7:00am until 2:00pm.  Shower reservations are on a first come - first served basis.   The cost is $10 per person for a weekend pass.  * Users must have a shower voucher to enter.

Camp Hosts:   
The Willamette Country Music Festival will provide "Camp Hosts" at our RV and tent camping areas.   Camp Hosts will be available to assist campers to find their individual sites and to answer any festival questions.   Our "Camp Hosts" are there for your safety and assistance to make sure your festival experience a pleasant one.

FIRST COME - FIRST SERVED
All RV and Tent camp site reservations are taken and sold on a first come, first served basis.  Although the WCMF would like to accommodate all potential campers, it may not be possible due to space limitations on the festival property.   The WCMF encourages all potential campers to purchase their camping reservations as early as possible.

* PICKING UP CAMPING PASSES:   Campers with PAID reservations can pick-up their camp site assignments and camping permits at our primary Check-in Tent at the WCMF Main Property Entrance beginning Thursday August 19th, 2010.
