Become a Team Leader or Team Member in 2010!
The 2010 Willamette Country Music Festival can only be a success with the valuable help of our volunteers. Volunteers play an extremely important role in the success of our Festival and the overall enjoyment of our ticket holders.
We're currently looking for volunteers to participate on a variety of teams including,...Guest Services Hosts, Greeters, Concert Site Operations, Merchandise Sales, Traffic & Parking Crew, Clean Team and Floaters.

Volunteer Program Descriptions
Security Team / Crowd Management
Security team volunteers will be responsible to keep a safe and orderly environment for all concert attendees and guests. These volunteers will monitor all gates / parking / backstage areas, check attendee personal bags upon entry to the concert grounds, walk the venue during shows, and maintain an overall safe environment for all attendees.
RV / Tent Campsite Hosts
Monitor individual RV and tent campsites while providing assistance to attendees with check in, parking assistance and festival information.
Ticket Operations
Volunteers in our ticket operations will assist in ticket taking, providing arm bands, seat location assistance and overall festival information.
Stage Crew
Volunteers wishing to work on our stage crew will provide assistance in building and tearing down our main stage the day before and day after the festival. We also need stagehands during the festival to assist our Production Manager with moving instuments and gear on and off the stage.
Drivers
Our festival drivers are responsible for picking up our artists from the airport and shuttling them back and forth from their hotel to the concert venue. You must be 25 years of age or older and have a clean driving record. Drivers must be reliable and responsible and provide a positive reflection of our festival.
Merchandise Sales
Volunteers wishing to work in our merchandise and vendor booths within the festival venue will be primarily responsible for showing and selling official festival gear,...T-shirts, Sweatshirts, Caps, etc.
Guest Services Hosts
Volunteers wishing to work on our guest services team will be responsible for greeting all festival guests, answer any festival related questions, ticket holder seat assistance, monitor wristbands, and perform walk throughs inside the concert venue to remedy any problems and assist with keeping order within the concert venue.
